Why we film every listing like a short film
Stills sell a house. Film sells a feeling, and in a market this considered, feeling is what moves people.

There is a moment, walking through a well-made home, when the light does something you could not photograph if you tried. A still frame freezes it; a film lets it breathe.
That is why every Park Lane listing is filmed in 4K, graded with the same colour standard as a feature production, then cut as a short, editorial film. Not a walkthrough. A portrait.
What this changes
Buyers arrive already moved. They have seen the morning light cross the floorboards, heard the quiet of the street, understood the position before they ever set foot inside. The inspection becomes a confirmation, not a discovery.
We state, we don't sell. The film does the talking.
It is more work. It is also the difference between a property that is listed and a property that is presented. And in Hobart, where the best homes are held for a generation, presentation is everything.
This is what every Park Lane selling campaign is built around: film first, then positioning, then negotiation. The presentation does the work so the price follows.
