A rental appraisal tells you what your property could rent for in the current Hobart market. It is free, carries no obligation, and is the first step whether you plan to lease the property yourself or hand the whole tenancy to a manager.

What happens next.
We visit the property, then send you a written appraisal: the rent range, the evidence behind it, and any presentation suggestions worth making before the property is advertised. From there, the next step is yours.
If you want us to take it further, we offer standalone leasing, where we find and check the tenant and hand the running tenancy back to you, and full property management, where we look after the whole tenancy from day one. The appraisal is the same starting point for both.
